Which payment methods do you accept?

What countries do you ship to?
Orders may be shipped to addresses within the United States, Canada and many other international destinations. If your country is not listed on the checkout page of our website, please Contact Us so that we may add it and provide the shipping rate, if different than the rates listed below. SJC is not responsible for import duties, taxes, tariffs or additional shipping charges levied on international orders.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders over $100 (excluding sales tax, if applicable) shipping to the continental United States and Canadian orders over $500. Orders less than $100 or those shipping to Canada (less than $500), Alaska, Hawaii or other locations outside of the continental U.S. are not eligible for the free shipping promotion.
Can I purchase an item online and pick it up at the store?
Items can be purchased online and picked up at our Scottsdale location. When choosing a shipping method during checkout, choose the In-store pickup option and no shipping fees will be charged. Your order will be available immediately for pickup if it's during our business hours, otherwise it will be available once we open the following day. A valid state issued photo ID matching the name on the credit card used for the order must be presented at pickup to verify identity and prevent fraud.
Will I be charged sales tax?
*Sales tax will only be charged only if your order is being shipped to an Arizona address or when picked up locally using the in-store pickup option at checkout. Sales tax may show as being charged until your shipping address has been entered during checkout, at which point all sales tax will be removed for non-Arizona addresses.
What if I'm shipping my order to an address other than my billing address or to an international address?
In order to provide top level security for our customers, we verify all non-billing addresses, international addresses and gift card orders prior to shipment, unless you have shopped with us previously. If we are unable to successfully verify the shipping address, we will require credit card and/or address verification prior to the order being shipped. This is a simple process and instructions will be included in the confirmation email you will receive immediately after placing your order. Failure to supply the requested information within three days will result in the order being cancelled. Someone may need to be present to sign at delivery unless arrangements have been made with us prior to shipment of your order.
Most orders placed prior to 2pm MST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm MST on Friday, or anytime Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday. An email containing the detailed tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed for shipment.
How long should it take for my order to arrive?
Packages shipped utilizing USPS Mail (our standard shipping method), FedEx or UPS Ground (both available upon request - additional fees may apply) typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Canadian orders are shipped via the US Postal Service Priority Mail and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International orders typically arrive in 4-8 business days. The shipping times quoted herein are estimates and actual shipping times may vary. A fee of up to $8 may be charged to the original method of payment if an incorrect shipping address was provided when placing an order.
What if an item is not available to be shipped immediately?
On rare occasions an item listed on our website may not be available to ship immediately. If so, we will contact you via email or telephone to inform you of any delays or cancellations.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I return or exchange my items?
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and your experience with our company. If for any reason you are not, items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 14 days (read our return policy for sale items below). A Return Authorization number (RA #) may be requested within 14 days of delivery by completing our RA Request Form. Items must be in brand new condition and not have been worn, soiled, washed or altered, are free of any odors (smoke, perfume, etc.) and must have all original tags still attached. Items returned in anything other than brand new condition may be returned at customer’s expense. Returned items that are excessively wrinkled due to poor packaging may result in a 10% restocking fee.
What is the return policy for sale items and which items cannot be returned?
Sale items purchased online may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery if in brand new condition, as detailed above. Gift cards, watches, jewelry, underwear, under garments, swim wear and special order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
What if I receive a damaged item?
We inspect all items prior to shipment, but in the event an item that is damaged or defective arrives, you must notify us within two days of receipt to be eligible for a return. Otherwise, damaged items may only be returned at our discretion upon inspection of the damage.
Can I return shoes?
Shoes can be returned provided they are brand new and include the original box and all packing materials. Shoes that have been scuffed, bent or damaged in any way are not eligible for return. Please take extreme care when trying on shoes once you receive them. We recommend trying shoes on carpet and for a very limited time to avoid wear until you decide to keep them. Be sure to inspect the shoes thoroughly for any scuffs or damage before requesting an RA #.
How do I get a Return Authorization number (RA #) for an exchange or return?
Click here to request a Return Authorization number (RA #). List only the item(s) you are returning. Specify if you are requesting an exchange for another size or item, or if you prefer a credit. If you are exchanging an item, indicate which method of payment you wish to charge any additional monies due, including pricing differences and shipping & handling charges.
What should I do once a Return Authorization number has been emailed to me?
An RA # will be emailed to you within two business days of your request. Write this RA #, along with your name and other information, on the Exchange & Return Form that was included with your order. The Exchange & Return Form, which includes a mailing label with our address, must be completed and included in the package with the items being exchanged or returned. The item(s) should be carefully packaged to avoid damage and excessive wrinkling (returned items that are excessively wrinkled due to poor packaging may result in a 10% restocking fee). The RA # must be clearly written in the appropriate line of the mailing label. Returned items must be received by us no later than seven business days after the issuance date of the RA #, which is the date the email containing the RA # was sent, otherwise the items may incur a 15% restocking fee or be returned at the customer’s expense.
Credit will be issued to the original method of payment used when placing the order and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account from when we received the item(s).

Scottsdale Jean Company implements a stringent set of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is stored on secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of people who are required to keep the information confidential.
You are communicating with us electronically when you send an email to SJC, either directly or via our website. When you send an email to SJC, you consent to receive communications electronically in response. Please note that this does not constitute opting-in to our email or mailing lists, unless you have specifically requested so. SJC may communicate with you by email or by updating or posting notices on our website. Will my credit card and other sensitive information be stored?
We do not store credit card numbers. Name, address, telephone, email address and purchase history will be stored on our secure server. Access is limited to a select number of authorized individuals who are required to keep the information confidential.
Does SJC disclose the information we collect to outside parties?
We do not provide or otherwise disclose your personal information to outside parties. On occasion, we may render the services of an outside company to market or communicate on our behalf. Any such affiliated companies are required to have in place an agreement that ensures the same strict safeguards we employ will be enforced to keep your information confidential and secure. SJC may also occasionally send promotional offers to selected groups of SJC customers on behalf of other businesses. When SJC does this, we do not give that business your name or address. If you do not want to receive such offers, you may unsubscribe by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any email communication.
Information may be released in situations we believe are appropriate to comply with the law or to protect the rights, safety and property of others. Non-personally identifiable information may be provided to other parties for statistical, marketing, advertising, or other uses.
