What countries do you ship to?
Orders
may be shipped to addresses within the United
States and Canada, with the exception of
APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. Contact Us if you wish to place an order that
will ship to an APO/FPO address. We do ship to many other countries but you must Contact Us first so that we may obtain the necessary information in order to provide international shipping rates and
options.
Do you offer free shipping?
Ground
shipping is free for all orders over $100 shipping to the continental United States. Orders less than $100, those shipping to Canada,
Alaska, Hawaii
or other locations outside of the continental U.S. and gift cards orders are not eligible for the free
shipping promotion.
Do you collect sales tax?
Sales
tax will only be charged only if your order is being shipped to an Arizona address. Sales tax may show as being
charged until your shipping address has been entered during checkout, at which point it will be removed if the
address is outside of Arizona. We are not
responsible for import charges or tariffs on international orders.
Can I ship to an address other than
my billing address?
Absolutely.Orders shipping to
addresses other than your billing
address, to Canada or gift card purchases typically require credit card and/or address
verification prior to the order being shipped, if you have not shopped with us
previously.This is a simple process and instructions will be included in the confirmation email you will receive
immediately after placing your order. An adult will need to be present to sign at delivery unless arrangements have been made with us prior to shipment of your order.

quickly will my order be
shipped?
We
strive to ship all orders within one business day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 1pm MST on Friday's will be shipped Monday. An email containing the tracking information will be sent once your order has
been processed.
How long should it take for my order to

Packages
shipped utilizing FedEx Ground (our standard shipping method) or UPS Ground (available upon request) typically arrive within 2-5 business
days.
Canadian orders are shipped via UPS International Ground and typically arrive
within 4-7 business days. Canadian orders utilizing express shipping
typically arrive within 2-3 business days. The shipping times quoted herein are estimates and actual shipping times may vary. An adult will need to be present to sign at delivery unless arrangements have been made with us prior to shipment of your order.
What if an item is not available to
be shipped immediately?
On
rare occasions an item listed on our website may not be available to ship
immediately. If so, we will contact you via email or telephone to inform you of
any delays or cancellations.

changes to my order after

will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order prior to shipment.

RETURNS &
EXCHANGES:
How do I return or exchange my items?
Returns and exchanges will be accepted for items provided a Return
Authorization number (RA #) is requested via email within ten days of
delivery. Items must be in brand new condition and not have been worn, soiled,
washed or altered and must have all original tags still attached.
Credit will be issued once the
returned
items have been inspected and approved for return. Items
returned in
anything other than brand new condition, as detailed above, will be returned to
customer at customer’s expense. Returned items that are excessively
wrinkled due to poor packaging may result in a 10% restocking fee.

ADDRESS WILL QUALIFY FOR A STORE CREDIT ONLY, LESS SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Which items are not
eligible for return
and can I return items that were purchased on sale?
Sale items,
underwear, under garments, swim wear and special order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
What if I receive a damaged
item?
We
inspect all items prior to shipment, but in the event an item that is damaged or defective arrives, you must notify
us within two days of
receipt to be eligible for a return. Otherwise, damaged items may only be
returned at our discretion upon inspection of the damage.
Can I return shoes?
Shoes
can be returned provided they are brand new and include the
original box and all packing materials. Shoes that have been scuffed, bent or
damaged in any way are not eligible for return. Please take extreme care when
trying on shoes once you receive them. We recommend trying shoes on carpet and
for a very limited time to avoid wear until you decide to keep them. Be sure to
inspect the shoes thoroughly for any scuffs or damage before requesting an RA
#.
What is the process for
obtaining a
Return Authorization number (RA #) for an exchange or return?

you ordered more than one item, be sure to indicate which items you are
requesting a Return Authorization number for. Specify if you are requesting an
exchange for another size or item, or if you prefer a credit. If you are
exchanging an item, indicate which method of payment you wish to charge any
additional monies due, including pricing differences and shipping &
handling charges, if applicable.
What should I do once a
Return Authorization number has been emailed to me?
An
RA # will be emailed to you within two business days of your request, if qualified. Write this RA #, along with your
name and other information, on the Exchange & Return
Form that was included
with your order. The Exchange & Return Form, which includes a mailing label with our address, must be completed
and included in the package with the items being exchanged or returned. The item(s) should be carefully packaged to
avoid damage and excessive wrinkling (returned items that are excessively wrinkled due to poor packaging may
result in a 10% restocking fee). The RA # must be clearly
written in the appropriate line of the mailing label.Returned items
must be received by us no later than seven days after the issuance date of the
RA #, which is the date the email containing the RA # was sent, otherwise the
items may be returned at customer’s expense. We strongly suggest that the item(s) be shipped via FedEx, UPS,
USPS (with delivery confirmation) or another method in which the package can be tracked to ensure delivery.
Insurance is recommended.

How long will it take for a credit to be issued if I am returning my
item(s)?

will receive a credit for returned
items, less the shipping and handling charges. Credit will be issued to the original method of payment used when

item(s).
Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping charges are not refundable. We reserve the right deduct up to
$8.00 to cover a portion of our original shipping charges if the order was shipped utilizing our free shipping promotion.
